Marguerita Merrick received an M.A. in Shakespeare from the Shakespeare Institute in Stratford-upon-Avon and has written an M.Phil. thesis on modernist poetry at the University of London. She also holds a B.A. in English literature from Columbia University. Since completing her graduate degree, she has worked with applicants around the world, helping them write effective and compelling personal statements and supplementary essays. She has also traveled throughout Europe tutoring students in remote learning coursework and has taught AP history and literature. She is currently working on a collection of her own essays inspired by her travels.
